About this blog

This is our Blog about teaching English in Gyeonggi-do, South Korea. The name of this blog is based on the ingredients of a Korean delicacy called sundae (순대), basically Korean black pudding, and yes, we have finally tried it and it's not too bad. However, the steamed liver and lung that go with it are another matter!
